What we collect
When you contact us — by WhatsApp, phone, email or this site — we collect what you give us to prepare a quote or arrange service: your name, phone number, address, a copy of your electricity bill, and photos of your roof. We don't run an online store or accounts on this site, so we don't collect payment details here.
Why we collect it
To size a system and quote it, to file the PM Surya Ghar subsidy application and DGVCL net-metering paperwork on your behalf where you're eligible, and to follow up on installation, service and warranty.
Who it's shared with
We share what's needed to act on your behalf: DGVCL and the PM Surya Ghar / MNRE portal for subsidy and net-metering filings, and the relevant manufacturer (UTL Solar, Waaree, Adani Solar, Havells and the other brands we carry) if a warranty claim requires it. We don't sell your information to advertisers.
This website
This site uses the Meta Pixel to measure how well our Facebook and Instagram ads work: it tells Meta which pages you viewed and whether you tapped to WhatsApp or call us, and Meta may link that to your Facebook or Instagram account. You can control this in your Meta ad preferences or by blocking third-party cookies. Otherwise it's static pages served by Cloudflare Pages, which keeps standard server logs for security and uptime, the same as any host. Fonts load from Google Fonts and the install map's tiles from OpenStreetMap; both see a request from your browser as a normal part of serving that request, same as any site using them, but we don't attach that to your identity ourselves.
Messages you send us on WhatsApp are also covered by WhatsApp's own privacy terms. We keep the conversation to service your enquiry, installation or warranty claim.
Your choices
Contact us to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted, except where we need to keep it — subsidy filings and warranty records mainly have their own retention requirements.

Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Bharuch, Gujarat.
