ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for an Accounts & Finance Manager to run day-to-day finance as the business scales — more installs, more vendors, more subsidy and loan paperwork to track.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage day-to-day accounting: bookkeeping, bank and vendor reconciliations, payables and receivables
• Handle GST and TDS filing and compliance
• Track subsidy disbursements (PM Surya Ghar) and loan-linked payments (Jan Samarth) against each installation
• Prepare monthly MIS and cash-flow reports for the owners
• Manage payroll and coordinate with our CA for statutory filings and audits
• Keep vendor accounts (UTL Solar, Waaree, Adani Solar, Havells and others) current and reconciled

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• B.Com/M.Com or equivalent; 4+ years in accounts, ideally with GST/TDS compliance experience
• Comfortable with Tally or similar accounting software; Odoo experience a plus
• Accurate, organised, and used to working with real deadlines (subsidy and loan filings are time-bound)
• Based in or willing to relocate to Bharuch

ABOUT THE ROLE

Every install comes with paperwork — the customer's invoice, the net-metering documents for the DISCOM, and the subsidy claim. This role owns that document trail from sign-off to disbursement.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Raise customer invoices and proforma invoices for each installation
• Prepare and file the net-metering document set with the DISCOM (what we market as "only 4 documents")
• File and track PM Surya Ghar subsidy claims through to disbursement
• Maintain customer and vendor files, install records and warranty documentation
• Follow up with customers, banks and the DISCOM office on pending paperwork
• Support the Accounts & Finance Manager with day-to-day entries and reconciliations

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• B.Com or equivalent; 0–2 years' experience — freshers with strong Excel and attention to detail are welcome
• Comfortable with government/DISCOM paperwork and following up until something is actually closed out
• Basic Tally or accounting software familiarity
• Based in or willing to relocate to Bharuch

ABOUT THE ROLE

You'll design our day-to-day social content — posters, carousels, festival and campaign creative — and keep it consistent with our brand system (fixed type, color and layout rules, not a free-for-all each week).

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Design Instagram posts, carousels and story creative in both Gujarati and English
• Work from our existing brand kit (colours, type, layout components) and keep every post on-system
• Turn install photos, subsidy updates and festival moments into finished posters on a weekly posting cadence
• Build campaign sets (e.g. subsidy countdown, engineers' day, storm-season checklist) as multi-slide carousels
• Prepare export sizes for feed (1080×1350), square (1080×1080) and story (1080×1920)
• Keep a simple, honest visual style — real rooftops, real numbers, no stock photography

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 1–3 years' design experience; a portfolio of social/marketing work
• Strong in Figma, Photoshop or Illustrator; comfortable with bilingual (Gujarati/English) layout
• An eye for restraint — we'd rather one clean idea than a busy poster
• Based in or willing to relocate to Bharuch

ABOUT THE ROLE

You'll own our Odoo setup end to end — configuration, not custom development — across the modules that actually run a solar EPC business: leads through to install, stock across multiple brands, and accounts.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Configure and maintain Odoo CRM/Sales to track leads from enquiry through site survey to installation
• Set up Inventory to track panel, inverter and battery stock across our brands (UTL Solar, Waaree, Adani Solar, Havells and others)
• Configure Accounting/Invoicing to match our GST and subsidy-linked billing
• Set up Project/Field Service for install scheduling and O&M follow-ups
• Train our accounts, warehouse and sales staff to use the system day to day
• Troubleshoot issues and manage user permissions and data quality

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years configuring Odoo (functional, not necessarily a developer); knowledge of Sales, Inventory and Accounting modules
• Comfortable working directly with non-technical staff to map real processes into the system
• Prior ERP work in a trading, distribution or EPC business is a strong plus
• Based in or willing to relocate to Bharuch

ABOUT THE ROLE

You'll run our warehouse — panels, inverters, batteries and balance-of-system material — and make sure the right stock reaches the right install site across Bharuch, Ankleshwar, Dahej, Jambusar and Panoli, on time.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Receive, inspect and store incoming stock from UTL Solar, Waaree, Adani Solar, Havells and other vendors
• Maintain accurate stock records (manual or Odoo) and run periodic physical counts
• Plan and dispatch material to install sites against the install schedule
• Track serial numbers and warranty details for panels, inverters and batteries
• Flag low stock and reorder points to purchasing before a job gets held up
• Keep the warehouse organised and safe, including proper handling of batteries and glass panels

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 1–3 years in warehouse/inventory work, ideally with electrical, solar or industrial equipment
• Comfortable with basic inventory software or willing to learn Odoo
• Physically able to manage stock handling and coordinate with install teams and drivers
• Based in or willing to relocate to Bharuch

ABOUT THE ROLE

You'll lead system design across our residential and C&I pipeline — from site survey to a design that's correct on the roof, not just on paper.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Conduct site surveys and shading/structural assessments for residential, C&I and ground-mount sites
• Design PV layouts, single-line diagrams and structural mounting plans sized to each roof and load
• Size systems and prepare BOQs across our stocked brands (UTL Solar, Waaree, Adani Solar, Havells)
• Prepare and submit net-metering applications and technical documents to the DISCOM
• Review designs against MNRE/ALMM and state net-metering rules as they change
• Support the install team on-site for technical queries during commissioning

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• B.E./Diploma in Electrical or related field; 3+ years designing solar PV systems
• Hands-on with PVsyst, AutoCAD or similar design tools
• Working knowledge of net-metering procedures and current subsidy/ALMM rules
• Comfortable on-site, not only at a desk
• Based in or willing to relocate to Bharuch

ABOUT THE ROLE

You'll edit our video content — install coverage, reels, customer stories and festival campaigns — for Instagram and other social channels.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Edit install coverage videos and short reels from raw site footage
• Cut bilingual (Gujarati/English) versions of the same story with accurate subtitles
• Produce vertical (1080×1920) and square/feed formats from the same source footage
• Add captions, on-screen data (bill savings, subsidy figures, unit counts) and simple motion graphics on-brand
• Organise and archive raw footage from site visits
• Work with the Graphic Designer to keep video and poster content visually consistent

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 1–3 years' video editing experience; a reel or portfolio to show
• Strong in Premiere Pro, CapCut or DaVinci Resolve
• Comfortable working from raw, unscripted site footage rather than a studio shoot
• Gujarati and English both, spoken and written
• Based in or willing to relocate to Bharuch
